D.I.Y Cannabis Gluten Free Vegan Brownie Recipe

Our customers tell us all the time, how they miss the strong cannabis brownies from pre-regulation days. The days when brownies were much more potent. The one way to get stronger, more potent cannabis brownies that are also vegan and gluten free is to make them yourself. We have adapted this recipe from the loving it vegan website.

Servings:

Makes 16 pieces

Infuse the THC:

Feel free to double, triple or quadruple the dose based on your tolerance.

Relax Formula Tincture: 160 mg needed- 16 servings at 10 mg each
250 mg/500 mg tinctures- 16 .6ml droppers
1000 mg tinctures- 8 .6ml droppers

Ingredients:

250 grams Gluten Free  All Purpose Flour (2 cups)
84 grams cocoa powder (1 cup)
200 grams Brown sugar (1 cup)
200 grams Cane sugar (1 cup)
1 ts p baking powder
½ tsp salt
240 ml Vegan Buttermilk (1 T lemon juice and then fill remainder ml with nut milk)
240 ml melted virgin coconut oil (1 cup)
Relax Formula Tincture- 160 mg needed (see above for details)
1 tsp vanilla extract
113 grams melted chocolate chips
175 grams chocolate chip, nuts or any other add ins you would like

Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Prepare 9×9 inch pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper. Leave a little hanging over the edges for easy removal once baked.
Prepare the vegan buttermilk. Mix and set aside.
Mix together the flour and cocoa powder. Add brown and cane sugar, baking powder, salt and mix together.
Mix in melted coconut oil, vegan buttermilk, vanilla extract and mix into a thick batter.
Add the melted chocolate and fold into batter.
Mix in 1 cup of chips or add ins.
Press/pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Bake for 30-40 min depending on your preference of gooeyness.
Let cool for 20 min. Use the parchment paper edges to remove the brownies from the pan. Let brownies cool completely before cutting.
